Headquartered in Jeffersonville, Indiana (a suburb of Louisville, Kentucky), Critical RF has Business Development offices in Columbus, Mississippi and Nashville, Tennessee, and maintains its Government Affairs office in Alexandria, Virginia.

Critical RF, Inc. was founded in 2004 in the wake of Hurricane Wilma. Our mission is to unify communications through software. Critical RF believes that first responders and other communications users will increasingly rely upon devices which combine the voice and data networks of the past into one unified device. Our software allows users of these converging technologies to benefit from the ever-expanding availability of Internet Protocol (IP) networks globally.

Critical RF is privately held and holds intellectual property rights to its technology and applications of it. We work with customers directly, and through a network of dealers and distributors in the United States and increasingly worldwide.
