Executive Board and Management Team

Critical RF has assembled an experienced board and management team. The board and management team are comprised of professionals with backgrounds in the wireless telecom, homeland security, and software industries.

Key board and management members have built successful private and public wireless companies in the past. These companies include Charisma Communications, a regional wireless service provider in the US sold to McCaw Cellular; American Telecasting, a fixed wireless access service provider sold to Sprint Corporation; and Mobex Communications, Inc., a 65,000 subscriber telecom company sold to Nextel Communications, Inc.

Critical RF’s board and management team include Donald DePriest, founder, former Chairman and CEO of Charisma Communications; John Reardon, former CEO of Mobex Communications, Inc.; Steve Calabrese, founder of Critical RF, Inc.; and Tim Smith, former VP of Mobex Network Services, LLC.

In addition, Critical RF has a strong Advisory Board. Members include Dr. Larry Fullerton, the inventor of Ultra Wideband Technology. Dr. Fullerton holds numerous patents in his own right, and has advised companies such as Time Domain, Inc. from initial operations through the product development of game-changing technology.

Another member of our Advisory Board is Gene Kirby, Senior Advisor with NGM Advisors, Inc. Mr. Kirby presided as President of Dialogics Communications Corporation for eighteen years, successfully growing the company into the largest automated emergency notification system provider in the United States. Plant CML purchased Dialogics in October 2006.
