Training is normally accomplished over the phone in a matter of minutes. Critical RF can provide over the phone training during late night shifts or on weekends, as requested by customer. In-person training can be provided by an authorized Critical RF technician and is billed on a normal time and materials basis.
Training, typically provided via telephone as noted above, involves assisting the customer with the initial out-of-box setup, including executing a simple software installation using an enclosed CD-ROM. Once the software is launched, it provides installation instructions for the hardware.
